The Chef's Story
"Since the age of nine, I have stood beside a stove. The fire taught me patience, my mother taught me memory, and the guests taught me grace."
Trained between Bangkok's family kitchens and the disciplined counters of Kyoto and Lyon, Chef Anan returned home to write a quieter, more personal cuisine — Thai roots told through European technique and Japanese restraint.
Every plate at Magnolia is a small chapter from his life: a grandmother's curry, a tasting in Provence, a late night at a Tokyo izakaya. Dinner here is never just service. It is storytelling, edited down to its essentials.
The Tasting
A seasonal seven-course tasting menu, written nightly. Each plate paired with wines drawn from a 200-label cellar.

A4 wagyu, tamarind reduction, peanut praline.

Clarified broth, lemongrass oil, single langoustine.

Aged duck breast, holy basil, palm sugar lacquer.
